Motion to appoint a new Board Member:

Carried – unanimous
Following the resignation of a Board member prior to the February 13, 2025, Board Meeting, it was suggested by Judy Harper that we approach Lois Lake, a former Board member, to fill the vacancy. Ms. Lake indicated a willingness to join the Board should a vacancy arise for the balance of the 2024 – 2025 Board year Consensus among the sitting Board members supported the President approach Ms. Lake seeking her concurrence.
Ms. Lake expressed a willingness to assume the vacant position.
Michael Leber moved, and Judy Harper seconded that Lois Lake be appointed to the vacant Board position until the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
All those in favour, Carried unanimously.
