Arlington Place is a residential community consisting of 96 townhomes built by Campeau Corporation in 1974. We sit on just over 3 acres of land and we have a private pool for resident use, mature trees, a small playground and ample parking for guests.
Our community consists of both 3 and 4 bedroom units and private ‘exclusive use’ backyards. We are close to parks and major thoroughfares as well as being located less than 200m from a small shopping mall for resident convenience.
We encourage pride in ownership which can be seen in some of the lovely gardens in the summer months as well as community involvement in decorating for holidays.
We have a community Facebook page Arlington Place Neighbours that is strictly for people that live in our community. You will be required to supply your unit number when requesting to join.
Arlington Place is currently being managed by Condominium Management Group.
