POOL Rules – Arlington Place, CCC 37
1. Access to the pool is restricted to Residents and their guests, or bona fide service animals.
2. When on duty, all swimmers shall comply with the lifeguard’s directions.
3. Swimming without a lifeguard on duty in the pool area is prohibited.
4. No person infected with a communicable disease or having open sores on their body shall enter the pool area.
5. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the pool or pool area during adult swim.
6. Guests are required to sign into the pool and then have access while accompanied by a Resident.
7. Swimming attire must always be worn in the pool.
8. All hair shoulder length or longer must be tied back while in the pool.
9. The maximum pool and deck capacity is set at 30 persons, with a limit of four (4) guests per residence. It must be always understood that priority access is accorded to Residents.
10. Diving is permitted in the deep end only.
11. No person shall pollute the water in the pool in any manner, and spitting, spouting of water, and blowing the nose in the pool or on the deck are prohibited.
12. No running or boisterous play is permitted in the pool or on the pool’s deck.
13. Water guns are not permitted within the pool, or on the pool deck.
14. Inflatable toys which obstruct the lifeguard’s clear view of swimmers will not be permitted within the Pool site.
15. Children aged 12 years or younger, must be supervised by a parent or dependable guardian aged 16 years or older who have passed a swim test to the lifeguard’s satisfaction.
16. Before entering the pool, all swimmers must use the on-site shower.
17. Children in diapered apparel may not enter the pool unless wearing a “swim diaper.”
18. Alcohol and food are not permitted within the pool perimeter.
19. Non-alcoholic beverages, in non-breakable containers, are permissible.
